WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday said former President Donald Trump is pushing misinformation out on resources available to survivors of Hurricane Helene, calling it "extraordinarily irresponsible."

Harris, a Democrat, and Trump, a Republican, are competing to win the White House in the Nov. 5 election. Harris also said that "playing political games" is "utterly irresponsible," when asked about Florida Governor Ron DeSantis not taking her calls ahead of Hurricane Milton.
