Tropical Depression Thirteen forms in the far eastern tropical Atlantic

(Reuters) - Tropical Depression Thirteen formed in the far Eastern Tropical Atlantic and could become a hurricane by this weekend, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Wednesday.
"Gradual strengthening is forecast, and the depression could become a tropical storm by tonight," the Miami-based forecaster said.
